CLIENT PROCESS

If you want to become our partner, you must fill in the CLIENT FORM, provided by Boulangerie Noé. You will have to provide us your KVK number, IBAN, Delivery address, Invoice address and different logistic information’s. For any enquiries, dylan.watson@boulangerienoe.com.  

ORDER PROCESS

All orders must be made before 4:00 AM for a delivery on the next morning before 8:00 AM.  All delivery slots are arranged prior the date of delivery or pick up in one of our stores.   Orders must be made by email to order@boulangerienoe.com, by sending the ORDER FORM, provided by Boulangerie Noé.  

RECLAMATION

All reclamations must be reported as soon as possible by email or on the phone to +31 6 29 23 77 76 or reclamation@boulangerienoe.com. Provide a photo and a description of the issue if possible.

INVOICE

Depending on the different partnership and volumes, invoicing can be done daily, weekly and potentially monthly. All payments must be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card within the contractual agreement. For any enquiries, invoice@boulangerienoe.com.

Noé supplies many hotels, restaurants, offices, schools & more in Amsterdam.

All our breads, pastries, viennoiseries and lunch products are fully organic, created and made in our bakery in Amsterdam located on Schaafstraat 26K – 1021KE – Amsterdam. All of our products are made by hand and baked fresh all day following our French traditional recipes which we use in our bakeries in Aix-en-Provence.  

We only use 100% Organic and fresh products in all of our recipes, certified by SKAL BIO CONTROLE (Independent Organic Certifier). Our flour comes from our partner, Le Moulin de Marion, an organic family mill based in the region of Rhône-Alpes in France. Our homemade 34-year aged leaven, is natural, homemade and fermented in our own bakery to give this flavouring taste to all of our breads.

 

Orders can only be made for breads, viennoiseries and pastries.
